This is a perfect place for a game!! Stumbled upon this place, thinking it was closed. I never would have guessed walking in that I would experience some of the best food I’ve had in Denver in the past seven years. The bar area has plenty of TVs and a wide selection of drinks. The spring rolls are phenomenal. The edamame was fresh. The service was super quick. The other restaurants in the area and come here, seriously.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating when I requested gluten free vegan pho. They said their pho is naturally gluten free except for the hoisin sauce. They made sure hoisin sauce was not included in my pho. They also have gluten free soy sauce!

I love this gem so much! Quality food, great service and the bartender/owner, Long, is awesome! The spring rolls are always fresh. The pho is delicious and a big bowl. And I really love the spices used on their signature pork chop dinner!

The food here is so flavorful! Had the vegan happy hour rolls (wish I had ordered more they were so good) and vegan pho. The family running Anise are kind and great with dietary restrictions.

I love that they serve an abundance of vegetables with so many of their dishes! I shared the bun mi bites, rice cakes, beef spring rolls, and chicken fried rice with a friend yesterday. Everything was very good!

Delicious and fresh! I could have eaten multiple orders of the fried tofu rolls. The surf and turf Pho had the most delicious broth! The pork and noodles was ridiculously good for such a simple dish. The pork is almost shaved and perfectly tender and caramelized.

Been here countless times. From ownership, the chef, to our favorite server (June) - it's clear they take pride in high quality, authentic food and flavors. I have virtually eaten through the menu, no let downs. I should have more photos at this point. Highlights are definitely the pho, but also all of the appetizers. An honorable mention to the Fried rice is necessary too. The service is great for such a modest and unfussy place. They pull well above their weight in the quality of food for the price point. Look forward to coming back again soon.

Beautiful large Vietnamese restaurant with great food. I really like the beef pho and they use chuck cubes instead of brisket, which is much leaner and tastes better than the normal brisket used for pho. If you are a pho connoisseur like myself, definitely try this place. Parking is on the street and after 6 PM is free.
